7-Day Refund Policy

The policy

7-day refund, no questions asked — just reply to your delivery email. Seven calendar days from purchase. Reply to your delivery email or write to support@facerate.co with your order number.

What we do not do

• We do not ask you to justify the refund.
• We do not withdraw or disable your report after a refund — delivered content stays yours.
• We do not convert a refund into store credit or a subscription.

How it works

1. Reply to the delivery email within 7 days.
2. We confirm the order and issue a full refund through Stripe.
3. Stripe returns the money to your card on its normal timeline (usually 5–10 business days).
4. Your web report and PDF remain available.

Refunds are idempotent — an order can only be refunded once. Refunded reports stay listed in My reports.

Charged the full price by mistake?

If you already owned the Face Report for the same photo and were charged the full Dating Report price, write to support@facerate.co with your order number. We check the order and refund the $5.00 difference by hand — there is no automatic refund and nothing for you to configure.
